• Refund eligibility, where applicable, is governed by institutional policy communicated during enrollment.

4. Learning Records and Certificates

• Progress, quiz attempts, and completion status are tracked by the platform.
• Certificates are issued based on completion and policy requirements.
• We reserve the right to withhold or revoke certificates for academic misconduct or policy violations.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform software, branding, course content, and materials are owned by Childcare Training College or licensed providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from platform content.
